HCC_AboriginalHealth_coverENG.jpgThis report from the Health Council of Canada summarizes and discusses a series of regional sessions across Canada that aimed to "learn what programs and strategies are making a difference in the health of Aboriginal mothers and young children". By the end of the seven regional sessions, participants had highlighted more than 100 programs, policies, organizations, and strategies that they believe are making improvements to the health of expectant Aboriginal mothers and young children.
